Cheddar/Garlic Bread

Serves a loaf
1/3 cup water |
2 eggs |
5 Tbl. butter, softened |
3 oz. shredded Cheddar |
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan |
1 heaping Tbl. garlic |
2 1/2 cups bread flour |
2 1/2 tsp. yeast |
Put ingredients into bread maker, and bake on Basic setting.
Notes and Variations
Comes out pretty good -- rich and flavorful -- although faintly reminiscent
of Cheezits. Experiment with other cheeses and spices. (The
original calls for onion instead of garlic.)
Note that proportions are for a 2 lb. loaf for a Breadman. YMMV
for other bread machines.
