2 thin chicken cutlets | up to 1/4 lb thin-sliced ham |
up to 1/4 lb thin-sliced mozzarella | honey mustard |
good bread | 2 Tbl. margarine |
Grill chicken until just done. Layer bread, chicken, mustard, ham, cheese, and bread. Melt margarine, and brush thinly on both sides of the sandwiches.
Grill sandwiches on both sides until brown -- this will generally be fairly quick, so keep an eye on them. Use some sort of cover to press gently down on the sandwiches while they grill.
