1/2 lb. sausage | 2 medium onions, chopped fine |
1 clove garlic, crushed | 3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated/shredded |
4 eggs | 2 oz. cream |
a pinch each basil, oregano, and parsley | 1 unbaked pie shell |
Fry and drain the sausage. Crumble into pie shell. Saute
the onions and garlic in some of the fat. Add to pie. Add the
cheese.
Beat the eggs, cream, and herbs together, and pour into the pie.
Bake 35-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve hot.
