1.5 lb. sirloin tips, trimmed and cubed | 2 Tbs. olive oil |
1 clove garlic, minced | 1 cup ketchup |
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper | 3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup melted butter | 1 Tbs. lemon juice |
1/2 tsp. salt |
Saute garlic in oil. Add meat and sear/brown.
Mix remainder of ingredients in a small bowl, and add to pan.
Cover, and simmer on low 40 minutes, or bake at 350o for one hour, until tender.
Serve over rice.
We like a LOT more garlic, but not double sauce.
Use half regular ketchup/half Heinz Hot Ketchup, or add 2-3 tsps. Tabasco.
